Shelter Corporation Wins Four MADACS Awards

Shelter won four prestigious MADACS awards at this year's 16th annual ceremony held by The Minnesota Multi-Housing Association. Shelter won the following categories: Community Manager: 151-225 Units - Kathy A. Katzenberger/Woodland Park Apartments, Caretaker: Individual 1-200 Units - Susan Englund/Raymie Johnson Estates, Maintenance: Individual 1-150 Units - Ray Prettner, MHOP and HSI Homes, Maintenance: Roving Team - Shelter Corporation.
