Nicollet Square is more than a place to live—it’s a foundation for growth, independence, and long-term stability. Located in the heart of Minneapolis at 3700 Nicollet Avenue, our community is designed specifically for young adults ages 18–24 who are exiting homelessness or the foster care system.

A Stable Home with On-Site Support
At Nicollet Square, residents benefit from more than just an affordable apartment. We offer a supportive environment with access to professional case management, life skills training, and employment readiness services—all on-site. Our goal is to help young people build confidence and thrive as they transition into adulthood.
