Pioneer

Pioneer Apartments is an independent living community in St. Paul Park for seniors age 55 and up. Located on the corner of 9th and 3rd Street, just a few blocks from Highway 61. Pioneer Apartments is on a city bus line and easily accessible to the many shopping areas, churches and grocery choices. Interestingly, the building was originally constructed in 1926 as a school building, and has since been renovated and redesigned for independent senior living.
