Creekside Commons is a 30-unit workforce housing community located adjacent to Creekside United
Church of Christ in South Minneapolis. Developed in partnership with Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative, this initiative reflects the church’s commitment to social justice and providing affordable housing
solutions.

The development offers safe, stable, and affordable homes for individuals and families, fostering a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and community engagement. Creekside Commons

66 West is a supportive housing community in Edina, Minnesota, designed to provide safe, stable, and affordable housing for young adults ages 18–24 who have experienced homelessness or housing instability.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near public transportation, job opportunities, and community resources, 66 West offers more than just housing — it offers a foundation for building a brighter future.

39 apartments are fully furnished and thoughtfully designed to support independent living. On-site support
services are provided by trusted partners, including case management, life skills coaching, and employment assistance, helping residents transition successfully into adulthood.
